Turn the Tables
DEFINITION: To change a situation so that someone who had been at a disadvantage now has an advantage - or vice versa.

EXAMPLE: The employees used to take a 2 hour lunch break because the last manager was kind of a pushover - but this new manager used to be in the military, so the tables have really turned!
