Under the Table
DEFINITION: If you accept money for goods or services without reporting it on your taxes, this is called "under the table" because the transaction is "hidden from view."

EXAMPLE: Devon offers his customers a significant discount if they can pay in cash under the table, but I think it is only a matter of time before this catches up with him.

You can also "drink someone under the table," which would be considered a competition for who can drink more alcohol.

EXAMPLE: Three beers is nothing! I could drink you under the table!
"It took me a bit longer than expected to go through the revisions. Thank you for the fantastic job! I am very happy with the service."
