Pick on Someone Your Own Size
DEFINITION: This idiom is used in situations when a fight, argument, competition, or other encounter is unbalanced or unfair.

EXAMPLE: Doug keeps mocking the junior sales team for their performance, but, as VP of Sales, he should really pick on someone his own size.
"I was so impressed with the complimentary review that was completed by [one of your editors] that my son and I have decided to use your services to check his fall term papers. In addition, I plan to recommend your company to other students - I am a college administrator and have lots of student contact. Thanks again for your help. "
